A little bit. It's not too bad. I do an incredible amount of stretching. it really helps. Also, you might want to look into massage. I was trained in massage therapy and a lot of times you can cure and/or improve the way you and your joints feel.
I've fallen on my knees in the past so they are a lot weaker than they should be. I massage the muscles in my legs and it makes them feel so much better.
You should try doing some water aerobics or swimming. That won't put any stress on your joints and its a great workout.

The Plan
Is to take this a day at a time. I've recently discovered that I have some hormonal imbalances which has caused weight gain with the inability to lose weight. So, with the help of a Dr. and some trial and error I hope to beat this.
I think I will be starting a 30 challenge that will have me primarily on fruits, veggies and meat. I am going to try and restart my system.

Do you have joint or feet issues like me? it is a big pisser in teh getting active dept. I don't look forward to the pain.
